John holds 25+ years of experience at Iberdrola. In his current role, he oversees all aspects of P&O. Previously, he led the HR integration of Iberdrola USA and UIL. John started his career at Scottish Power for 15 years in roles including finance, asset investment planning & Generation Services.

Giulia began her career in Madrid with the global talent management team and has held various roles in the US, focusing on people and leadership development. She's passionate about mentoring HR professionals and has been an active member of the National Human Resources Association for over 10 years.
Felix Morck
Felix oversees procurement strategies and insurance programs. He ensures sustainable and diverse suppliers in Avangrid's supply chain and manages General Services and Security. In his global career, he’s dedicated to fostering resilient partnerships and upholding the highest ethical standards.
Kate Matthews
During her 5 years at Avangrid, Kate has negotiated amendments for 16 PPAs, resolved contract disputes, and secured new revenue streams for the company. She is proud of fostering a collaborative environment within the NW team, driving process improvements, documentation, and value creation.
