Starting as an intern in Brazil, Ana gained experience in tax and financial planning. She joined the Early Career Global Program, working on HR analytics at Iberdrola España while pursuing her MBA. She then moved to the U.S. to work for Avangrid’s HR team, transitioning to Networks in recent years.
Felipe Vale
Felipe, an executive with multinational experience, started at Neoenergia, rotating across 3 electric Operating Companies. He then spent 4 years at Avangrid, and returned to Brazil as Head of IT/Digital Transformation at Neoenergia, promoting digital transformation and innovative solutions.
