Rafael, holds a degree in Electromechanical Engineering. 15 years with the group, he started as a Network Transportation Project Manager and is now Head of Major Projects at ScottishPower. He has extensive experience in managing HV Substations, Circuits, and global infrastructure projects.
Starting as an intern in Brazil, Ana gained experience in tax and financial planning. She joined the Early Career Global Program, working on HR analytics at Iberdrola España while pursuing her MBA. She then moved to the U.S. to work for Avangrid’s HR team, transitioning to Networks in recent years.
John holds 25+ years of experience at Iberdrola. In his current role, he oversees all aspects of P&O. Previously, he led the HR integration of Iberdrola USA and UIL. John started his career at Scottish Power for 15 years in roles including finance, asset investment planning & Generation Services.
Ignacio began his current role in July 2024, where he is committed to fostering an inclusive culture where all different perspectives are seen, heard, and are integral to driving innovation. Previously, as VP, he led the delivery of non-organic growth opportunities for the company.

Germán advises strategically and serves as an essential liaison between the country manager and the rest of the organization. He has a double degree in Industrial Engineering obtained in Spain and France, as well as a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
